**TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE COMPETITION**

These terms and conditions apply to competitions organized by

Cathrin Walk GmbH & Co. KG
Cornelienstrasse 49
63739 Aschaffenburg

(hereinafter referred to as "Organizer"). Participation in the competition is exclusively subject to these terms and conditions. This competition is in no way connected to Meta Platforms Ireland Limited and is not organized or supported by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited.

1) Duration of the Competition

The duration of the competition runs from Friday, 27/09/2024, until 03/10/2024 at 11:59 PM CEST. Within this period, users have the opportunity to participate in the competition online.

2) Competition Procedure

Participation occurs as follows:

- Follow @walkcollection on Instagram
- Like the competition post
- Comment on why you would be especially happy to win

By participating, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Alternatively:

- Send us a message via our contact form on the giveaway landing page, including the phrase "Give-Advent 2024" in the text field to participate in the competition.

Participation via both methods increases your chances, as you will be entered into the draw twice.

Participation is only possible within the competition period. Entries received after the deadline will not be considered.

Each participant is only allowed one entry per registration in the competition. Using multiple accounts to increase chances is strictly prohibited.

Participation in the competition is free of charge.

Subscribing to our newsletter is voluntary and does not increase the chances of winning.

3) Eligible Participants

Eligible participants are natural persons who are at least 16 years old. Participation is not limited to customers of the Organizer and is not dependent on the purchase of goods or services.

If a participant has limited legal capacity, the consent of their legal representative is required.

Persons involved in the conception and implementation of the competition, employees of the Organizer, and their family members are not eligible to participate. The Organizer also reserves the right to exclude individuals from participation at its discretion if justified reasons exist, such as:
(a) manipulation related to access to or execution of the competition,
(b) violation of these terms and conditions,
(c) unfair behavior, or
(d) false or misleading information in connection with participation in the competition.

4) Prize, Notification, and Delivery of the Prize

The prize includes 19 mini skeins of Cozy Merino and crafting notions with a total value of €250 (incl. German VAT).

The winners will be determined after the competition period through a random draw from all participants, within one week.

The winners will be notified within one week via private message or email. Each winner must respond within 1 week via direct message or email. If a winner does not respond within this period, the Organizer reserves the right to transfer the prize to another participant.

The prize will be delivered via parcel at the Organizer's expense exclusively to the winner or their legal representative. An exchange, self-pickup, or cash payout of the prize is not possible.

5) Premature Termination of the Competition

The Organizer reserves the right to cancel or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice or reason. The Organizer may use this option, in particular, if technical issues (e.g., viruses in the computer system, manipulation, or errors in hardware and/or software) or legal reasons make it impossible to conduct the competition properly. If such termination is caused by the behavior of a participant, the Organizer may demand compensation from that person for any damage incurred.

6) Data Protection

To participate in the competition, the provision of personal data is necessary. Participants guarantee that the information they provide, particularly their first name, last name, address, and email address, is truthful and accurate.

The Organizer emphasizes that all personal data will not be shared with third parties or made available to third parties for their use.

All email addresses and voluntarily provided data of the participants are collected and stored exclusively for determining the winner. All data will be deleted no later than 30 days after the competition ends. Participants have the legal right to access, modify, and withdraw their data. 7) Withdrawal

Participants are free to withdraw their registration data at any time by contacting hello@walkcollection.com, thereby withdrawing from the competition.

8) Liability

By participating in the competition, participants release Instagram from any liability.

The Organizer's competition is exclusively subject to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Legal recourse is excluded.

10) Disclaimer for Technical Issues

The Organizer assumes no liability for incorrect information resulting from typographical errors or technical faults in the transmission of data. Furthermore, the Organizer is not liable for outages, interruptions, or malfunctions of technical equipment and the internet that may impede or prevent participation in the competition. The Organizer is also not responsible for data loss, delays, or misuse caused by third parties.

11) Severability Clause

If any provision of these terms and conditions is or becomes wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions of these terms and conditions shall remain unaffected.
