The designer about the design: "A one skein shawl is such a pretty thing to make. They are always worthy of our finest treasured yarns, they yield almost instant gratification and they are, truly, the most fun accessories to spice up your daily wardrobe.
This simple crescent shaped shawl can be made with just 1 skein of fingering (sock weight) yarn. It alternates bands of slipped sts, garter stitch and short rows.
The crescent is asymmetrical (it’s longer towards one side) and its characteristic shape is achieved by working increases over the edges."

Delivery time: 3-6 weeks after receipt of payment (depending on destination country)

Dyes are applied merely by hand so there is a natural variation within hanks of the same dye lot. To maintain an even appearance in larger projects we would suggest to alternate skeins while knitting.

We take great care photographing our items, but please take into account that colors might vary slightly due to different monitors.

Cold hand wash recommended. Lay flat to dry.

We recommend pre-washing intense colors before combining with lighter shades to remove excess color pigments.
